Experience Centre Windtower on the island of Hiiumaa

Hiiumaa is bigger from the inside
than it looks from the outside

Client’s goal was to create a nice activity center in Hiiumaa with exposition areas and recreational opportunities.

The most difficult part of the work was to implement all the interesting ideas in building, which in addition to well-thought-out spatial solutions, also had to have outstanding architecture that would create a landmark.

The building has a tower, where each floor is an interactive exposition area with a different theme.
Moving from one floor to the next, it is a journey through Hiiumaa with its traditions that this great island hides.

To make the building even more exciting, we made the tallest indoor climbing wall in the Baltics, 20 m high, with 11 different routes. There are a nice cafeteria and bowling in the building.

It was an interesting and challenging project indeed.
